Child safety standards

Effective: 16 October 2026

Pack a Match has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Adults only

The app is for people aged 18 and over only. We ask for a date of birth at sign-up, and people under 18 can't create an account.
Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are closed immediately.

Prohibited content and behaviour

Sexual content involving minors, sexualising minors, contacting minors for sexual purposes (grooming), and any offer, sharing or solicitation aimed at exploiting minors are strictly prohibited. Accounts that break this rule are permanently closed without warning.

Reporting and review

Every card and chat has a Report option, with "Under 18" as a separate reason.
A reported person is immediately blocked for the reporter. Accounts with several reports are hidden from packs until reviewed.
Reports are reviewed with priority; violating content is removed and the account closed.

Working with authorities

When we find child sexual abuse material or information that a child is at risk, we preserve the content and evidence and report it to the competent authorities in line with applicable law (in Türkiye, the General Directorate of Security and public prosecutors; where appropriate, international bodies such as NCMEC), and we cooperate with investigations.
